Combo is a brutality-scaling mutation which increases damage dealt for 2.5s seconds after damaging an enemy.

- Special Effects:
- Increases damage dealt by a percentage for 2.5s seconds after damaging an enemy.
- Each hit refreshes the damage buff.
- Scaling: 2% + 0.1% * Stat damage bonus per hit.

- Requires enemies to be hit with melee attack to be activated.
- May be incorrect. The affix "Launches a Grenade" will have both the thrown Grenade and Melee attack increase the Combo meter. This does not seem to occur with the "Shoots an Arrow" affix.
History[edit]
- 0.5: Introduced.
- 0.6: Duration increased from 2 to 15 seconds.
- 0.7: Base DPS bonus increased from 35 to 90.
- 3.4: Reworked Combo:
- Now stacks per hit, instead of being active after a kill.
- Duration decreased from 8 to 2.5 seconds, but it gets refreshed if the combo is increased.
- Damage buff changed from +15% base (per kill) to +2% base (per hit).
- Scaling changed from +1% to +0.1% per stat.
